Run Shell service stations as a self-employed Retailer, delivering excellent customer service and managing energy, car care and convenience retail offers. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen to drive profitability and manage costs, and ideally experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running their own business. A self-starting, motivated attitude, a drive to succeed and a full UK driving licence are required. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with additional earnings possible for exceeding targets and controlling costs.
