Run Shell service stations and provide customer service across fuel and EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Shell is looking for ambitious, business-minded people with excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen, and ideally experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running their own business. Applicants should have a self-starting, motivated attitude and a full UK driving licence. Potential earnings are between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with additional earnings possible for exceeding targets and controlling costs. Earnings are not guaranteed.
