The role involves managing a broader offer including fuels, EV charging, car care, convenience retail, car and jet wash, parcel pick-up and drop-off, and home delivery. Ideal candidates have excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and people management experience, financial acumen, experience in retail, convenience retail, grocery, forecourt operations or running their own business, a self-starting and motivated attitude, and a full UK driving licence. Potential earnings are stated as £65,000 to £80,000 per annum for a cluster of six sites, with possible additional earnings for exceeding targets and controlling costs.
