You work on your own account and responsibility, manage your own clients, appointments and prices, and pay a fixed, transparent rent with no revenue sharing or hidden costs. Men2Men provides premium equipment, professional facilities, infrastructure, visibility, booking systems and access to an established customer base. The role is suited to self-employed massage therapists with experience or completed training, professionalism, respect and discretion, and an interest in working in an LGBTQ+-friendly environment. Working hours are completely flexible, with part-time work welcome and no minimum hours. A valid business registration or freelance status is required.
