Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of public programs, art activations, and community events across Boston. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, creating a welcoming environment, assisting with programming and logistics, problem-solving in real time, managing event materials up to 25 lbs, and helping wherever needed. The ideal candidate is communicative, reliable, punctual, accountable, comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, and available for nights, weekends, and at least 20 hours per month from May through October. Valid US work authorization is required. Previous experience in events, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required. Shifts are scheduled in advance, and staff are expected to commit to the May through September season.
