Le Petit Curl Concept is seeking an experienced Salon Coordinator to manage operations of a high-volume salon focused exclusively on curly and textured hair. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing appointments, supervising and coordinating staff, coordinating shifts and cleaning schedules, training staff on systems and policies, managing the POS system and appointment book, controlling inventory, supporting operational, sales, and marketing strategies, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing health and safety protocols. Ideal candidates have a passion for natural curly and textured hair, a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of salon coordinator experience, strong organization, leadership, sales, marketing, communication, and customer service skills, experience with cloud-based salon scheduling tools, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Employees receive free services and discounted products. Starting hourly wage is $20-$25 per hour.
