Manage sales order processing with Dassault Systèmes, including special business orders, end-user forms, invoicing and issuing licence keys to customers. Issue renewal notices, invoices and licence keys, and develop, maintain, implement and support sales operations processes, policies and workflows aligned with Dassault Systèmes policies. Assist with renewals revenue growth by developing customer stakeholder relationships, engage with users to retain and grow business revenue, create management reports and track revenue through sales forecasts and monthly performance reporting. The role requires familiarity with CRM software, MYOB and Excel dashboarding, as well as creating and distributing departmental reports, driving continuous improvement, completing required training and supporting compliance. Applicants should have 5 years or more of experience in sales operations or software renewals, hands-on experience with CRM software and MYOB, an understanding of the sales process or software sales revenue cycle, strong relationship-building skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. A Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or higher in any stream is required.
