Quality Exteriors is seeking a motivated, community-focused Sales Associate to educate homeowners, build relationships, and guide customers through the roofing and restoration process using honest, consultative selling. Responsibilities include generating leads through direct outreach, networking, and referrals, performing roof inspections with training provided, educating homeowners on roofing solutions and warranties, preparing proposals, guiding customers through insurance claims when applicable, following up with prospects and clients, collaborating with the production team, and representing the brand professionally. Requirements include strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, dependability, goal orientation, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, comfort working outdoors and inspecting rooftops, and familiarity with CRM tools, email, and mobile apps. Previous sales, roofing, or home services experience is a plus, and bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
