Greet walk-in and phone customers, identify their purchase needs, recommend suitable products, assist with order questions and follow-up, provide UPS packaging instructions, and support inventory administration. The role also assists with exhibitions and requires travel to other countries. Requires approximately one year of customer service experience, an energetic and outgoing approach, the ability to work under pressure and independently, and fluency in Cantonese, preferably with English and Mandarin.
