Take orders, communicate with customers, collect feedback, educate customers about the drinks menu, make recommendations, upsell special items, and help ensure an excellent drinking experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions about ingredients, processing cash and credit card payments, serving hot and cold beverages, keeping the bar area clean, maintaining stock of clean mugs and plates, checking brewing equipment, following health and safety regulations, and communicating customer feedback to managers. Candidates should communicate clearly in English, with Chinese a plus, have knowledge of sanitation regulations, be flexible to work various shifts, have excellent communication skills, and be able to gauge customer preferences. Experience making milk tea and other beverages, relevant training, and a high school diploma or above are a plus. A valid Social Security number or legal work documentation and successful background screening are required. Compensation includes salary and tips.
