Responsibilities include developing client relationships, understanding customer needs, proposing suitable options to existing customers, resolving customer issues and complaints, developing new markets, and completing administrative duties. Applicants need to be Australian residents with sales experience, an excellent phone manner, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to handle pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, self-motivation, reliability, strong presentation, trustworthiness, honesty, and proficiency in Office. Desirable qualities include experience with events and CRM software, an active corporate or hospitality industry portfolio, an interest in superyachts and boating, and bilingual skills.
