Beets & Roots is offering an internship in account management for 3 to 6 months. You will be a central contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and feedback and forwarding them to the relevant departments. As part of the sales team, you will support customer service via chat, phone and email, work closely with the account management team, identify opportunities for improvement, evaluate options and develop solutions. The role requires openness, strong communication skills, ideally previous customer contact experience, native-level German, very good English, excellent written and verbal expression, the ability to communicate complex content clearly, a positive mindset and independent problem-solving skills.
