Beets & Roots is offering an internship in account management for 3 to 6 months. Responsibilities include serving as the main contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and feedback, supporting customer service via chat, telephone and email, working closely with the account management team, identifying improvement opportunities, evaluating options and developing solutions. The role requires an open and communicative approach, ideally with previous customer contact experience, native-level German, very good English, excellent written and verbal communication, the ability to explain complex content clearly, a positive mindset and independent problem-solving skills.
