An eight-week hybrid internship for college students, particularly juniors and seniors, interested in careers in insurance and risk management. Interns learn about the insurance market, specialty lines, wholesale brokerage, and underwriting from binding authority and managing general underwriter perspectives. The program includes virtual and in-office training, networking, group work, and project-based assignments. Many interns go on to become full-time Ryan Specialty employees.
