An eight-week hybrid internship for college students, particularly juniors and seniors, interested in careers in insurance and risk management. Interns gain exposure to the insurance industry and access to producers and underwriters, learn about insurance markets, specialty lines, wholesale brokerage and underwriting, and participate in virtual and in-office training, networking, group work and project-based assignments. Many interns go on to become full-time Ryan Specialty employees.
