Based in Strutt & Parker's Cambridge office, this role combines estate management and consultancy across management, valuation, farming and environmental services. Responsibilities include supporting senior team members, acting as supporting agent for estate management clients, undertaking estate and farming business reviews, delivering client work, undertaking secured lending and professional valuations, managing and mentoring trainees, and developing new business. The role requires an experienced MRICS-qualified rural surveyor, relationship-building and business development ability, composure under pressure, good time management, accuracy, communication skills and a full UK driving licence. Relevant degree, MRICS qualification with 6 months to 2 years' post-qualification experience, and RICS registered valuer status or progress towards it are preferred. CAAV membership or qualification is an advantage.
