Manhattan Pain Medicine is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Data Analyst with hands-on medical billing experience, particularly in out-of-network billing. The role analyzes billing, claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials, appeals, collections, and reimbursement workflows; builds reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking tools; identifies trends and revenue opportunities; and provides actionable recommendations to improve collections, reduce denials, and strengthen revenue cycle performance. Applicants should have at least 3 years of medical billing, revenue cycle, or healthcare billing operations experience, strong out-of-network billing experience, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, with remote flexibility available for part of the time.
