Manhattan Pain Medicine is seeking a full-time Revenue Cycle Data Analyst with hands-on medical billing experience, particularly in out-of-network billing. The role analyzes billing, claims, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials, appeals, collections, and reimbursement workflows; builds reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tools; identifies trends and revenue opportunities; and provides actionable recommendations to improve collections, reduce denials, and strengthen revenue cycle performance. Candidates should have 3+ years of medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience, strong out-of-network billing knowledge, experience with AR and denial reports, and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY, with remote flexibility available for part of the time.
