Work on POP's significant volume of edited images as an in-house or contracted retoucher. Strong skin retouching, colour grading and natural-looking edits are required, with no plasticky or over-processed results. Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop proficiency is required, and Capture One is a plus. Retouching applicants should provide 3 to 4 before and after edit examples.
