Manage the Sydney store in Millers Point, reporting directly to the overseas Director. Responsibilities include managing store finances, reconciliations and reporting, overseeing digital and physical inventory, leading and rostering casual staff, driving store performance, maintaining premium sales standards, conducting specialised shoe fittings for performers, and handling stock and deliveries. Previous Store Manager or Retail Manager experience is required. Experience with dance shoe fitting is highly regarded. Applicants should have a passion for the musical theatre and dance industry, experience with Xero and modern POS or inventory systems, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, reliability, resilience, integrity, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently. The role is an ongoing, stable position in a supportive luxury retail environment, with 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
