Support and execute leasing activities for shopping centres, lifestyle destinations and mixed-use developments. Contribute to tenant curation, positioning, deal execution and client relationship management. Responsibilities include identifying, approaching and negotiating with prospective tenants, advising landlords on tenant mix, positioning and leasing strategies, assisting with asset enhancement initiatives, preparing proposals and marketing materials, conducting site inspections, tenant tours and market research, tracking occupancy, rental and leasing performance, and contributing to individual and team revenue targets. Candidates should have 2 to 10 years or more of experience in leasing, agency, asset management or a related field, knowledge of tenant categories and leasing dynamics, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, confidence and attention to detail. Registration as a salesperson with the Council for Estate Agencies is required.
