Full-time role based at the London office. Responsibilities include handling all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. Applicants should be licensed conveyancers with a valid CLC or CILEx qualification, experience handling residential property transactions, knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures and legal regulations, excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently, proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
