Perform residential cleanings in and around downtown Vancouver, document activities on customer and company cleaning checklists, handle special customer requests, arrive at scheduled client locations, perform services to established standards, conduct Quality Assessment Checks, and comply with safety policies and procedures. The role involves walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects including a 20 lb vacuum, and repetitive bending, lifting and arm movements. Applicants need at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality or service industry. Experience in upscale hotels is beneficial. Applicants must have their own vehicle, pass a Criminal Record Check, and be able to speak English and relay information between the team, customers and office staff.
