St. Nicks Alliance is seeking a full-time resident service coordinator for its 590 DeKalb Avenue location in Brooklyn. The role provides services, referrals, and case management to residents of St. Nicks Alliance-managed housing, including program enrollment, Social Care Network screenings, eligibility assessments, outreach, follow-up case management, data entry, home visits, referrals, workshops, recreational activities, resident association meetings, and civic engagement coordination. Applicants must have at least one year of experience in community outreach or social services, be bilingual in spoken and written English and Spanish, communicate effectively, work with economically and culturally diverse populations, and be available to work evenings and weekends as necessary. Familiarity with city and federal public benefit programs is desirable. Compensation is $48,000 to $53,000, with medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits, paid holidays and time off, learning and development opportunities, and access to wellness programs.
