FCLTGlobal is seeking a driven, high-caliber individual to join its research team. The Research Director reports to the Head of Research and supports practical projects and foundational research. The role is responsible for research activities focused on investor and corporate engagement, including topics such as proxy advisors, the quarterly reporting cycle, and activism. Duties include developing foundational research and whitepapers, writing commentaries on current trends, and organizing and leading research forums with members. Candidates should have strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, experience analyzing data and academic studies, strong project execution and communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in an open and ambiguous environment. Knowledge of AI tools and techniques, a master's degree, and at least 10 years of research experience are required. Investor relations experience is an advantage. This full-time hybrid role is based at FCLTGlobal's Boston office, with frequent office work required. Compensation includes competitive nonprofit packages, healthcare, and IRA matching contributions.
