Join ONSON, a professional wellness and therapeutic massage clinic in Canberra, in a stable full-time role providing remedial and therapeutic massage services. The role involves conducting client consultations and musculoskeletal assessments, developing personalised treatment plans, performing remedial, deep tissue, sports and traditional Thai massage, maintaining client records, managing bookings, ensuring treatment rooms meet hygiene standards, collaborating with therapists and healthcare professionals, and participating in ongoing professional development. Applicants require a qualification equivalent to an Australian Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance specialising in Massage Therapy, a Diploma of Remedial Massage or higher, or an overseas equivalent, plus at least one year of relevant professional experience. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, musculoskeletal systems and injury recovery techniques, communication and client care skills, the ability to work independently and in a team, physical stamina, and a professional and ethical approach to client care are required. The position is 38 hours per week and offers an annual base salary of $77,000 to $80,000 plus super.
