Recovery Partners is accepting applications from Allied Health graduates for its Graduate Program. The program includes comprehensive online modules covering return-to-work and career transitioning, injury prevention and management, ergonomics and manual handling, and psychological and physical health and wellbeing. Graduates can learn at their own pace, shadow different consultants, receive regular coaching from their Team Leader and QA Manager, attend professional development courses, complete quarterly talent maps, and work towards a career as a Rehab Consultant. The program offers flexible hours and work locations, regular catch-ups with a Team Leader, supportive diversity-related workplace policies, and permanent full-time opportunities. Recovery Partners is seeking Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists, Provisional Psychologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors.
