Join the 12-month Graduate Academy, commencing in late January, with a comprehensive induction program, formal learning, on-the-job shadowing, mentoring, professional development and training. Supported by expert practitioners, leaders and a buddy, Rehab Counselling graduates complete vocational assessments, initial assessments and return-to-work programs, vocational counselling, counselling interventions including adjustment to injury counselling, transferable skills and labour market assessments, job canvassing, redeployment and new employer programs, and job search training and support for clients. Support includes supervision opportunities with a fully registered member, internal training, buddy and mentor programs with other ASORC members, and webinars offered by ASORC and RCAA.
