Work across Red Book valuations for probate, capital gains, matrimonial and shared ownership matters, lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, leasehold houses, portfolio work and expert witness instructions. The role is suited to AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS surveyors, Registered Valuers or those working towards registration, and surveyors with residential Red Book experience or an interest in leasehold reform.
