Tasks may include providing wound care, conducting clinical assessments, implementing care management plans, helping clients with catheter care and IV administration, and diabetic management. Applicants need 2 or more years of postgraduate broad experience in a general nursing role, current AHPRA registration with zero notations, experience in wound and catheter care, strong clinical assessment and chronic disease management skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, a current Australian driver's licence, and a satisfactory police clearance or the ability to obtain one. Community care experience is highly regarded. Hours vary depending on the service provided.
