Lead the clinic's clinical governance, compliance and quality assurance functions, and act as the registered contact with the Care Quality Commission. Responsibilities include regulatory inspections and correspondence, CQC compliance, maintaining policies and compliance documentation, overseeing mandatory training and staff competency, incident reporting and investigations, recruitment and onboarding, complaints management, equipment maintenance, and quality improvement. Applicants should have experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior compliance or clinical governance role within a CQC-regulated setting, strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes, excellent organisational and communication skills, and experience with incident reporting, complaints and staff training compliance. Polish and/or Ukrainian language skills are advantageous, and a relevant healthcare management, nursing or clinical qualification is desirable.
