Onecall24 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Complex Care Nurse to provide high-quality care to a child with complex needs, including tracheostomy, ventilation management and TPN. The role supports the client during school hours, 8am to 4pm, with day and night shifts available. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualised care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and educating families and caregivers on complex care management. Applicants must be a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration, relevant experience in complex care, paediatrics or intensive care, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Recent TPN skills, ventilation management experience, and tracheostomy change experience within the last 6 months are required. Previous experience caring for children with complex needs in the community and experience with Nippy ventilators are desirable.
