Vantage Building Control is expanding its Kent team and is seeking a Regional Building Control Manager to lead Building Control services. The role involves acting as a Technical Manager, leading and managing a team to deliver the Building Regulations service efficiently, competently and within a timely manner. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful applicant will work to the highest professional standards with colleagues, clients, construction workers and other professionals to ensure projects meet relevant legislation, regulations and associated standards. Applicants should possess accredited status through RICS, CABE or CIOB.
