Join Elysian Staffing's growing team as a full-time remote Recruiter. The role develops and maintains talent relationships, sources and recruits candidates for open roles, and oversees direct-hire, freelance, and temp-to-perm assignments. Responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, and vetting talent, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews and onboarding, managing recruiting activities in an ATS, supporting candidate and freelancer relations, assessing applicants, completing submission and hiring paperwork, and promoting the company's reputation as an employment resource. Applicants must have 2+ years of recruiting experience in the staffing industry, experience with face-to-face and virtual talent management, recruitment processes and databases, strong organizational, listening, documentation, communication, and customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and pursue challenging goals. Knowledge of the marketing and creative industry is a plus, and applicants based anywhere in the United States are welcome.
