Provide phone support, administrative assistance, and client service while representing the firm to guests, customers, and employees. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, directing visitors, answering and forwarding calls, scheduling conference rooms, scanning, photocopying, printing, faxing, filing, preparing deliveries, maintaining office and pantry areas, opening and closing front office areas and conference rooms, distributing mail and deliveries, ordering supplies, and supporting departments and management. Applicants should have receptionist, front office, or administrative assistant experience, MS Office proficiency, a professional attitude, office equipment experience, resourcefulness, strong organizational and communication skills, multitasking and time-management abilities, a customer service attitude, and a willingness to learn. A high school diploma and/or college degree is required, and prior law firm experience is a plus.
