Physio Cure Clinics is seeking a casual Receptionist to support its growing physiotherapy clinics in Elwood, Elsternwick and Beaumaris. Responsibilities include handling patient payments and bookings, taking phone calls, answering client questions, general clinical cleaning, processing confidential information, assisting with clinician schedules, and liaising with insurance companies, TAC, NDIS, WorkCover and Medicare to obtain payments and resolve non-payments. Private practice experience of at least one year is preferred but not essential. Applicants need full unrestricted Australian working rights, First Aid and CPR qualifications, a Working with Children Check, a National Police Check, excellent rapport-building skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
