This hybrid role blends front-of-house responsibilities with light facilities support. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in members, answering questions, conducting routine walkthroughs, monitoring sauna and cold plunge temperatures, assisting with laundry and towel restocking, basic housekeeping, maintaining supply inventory, and organizing the back of house. Candidates should be friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, composed, reliable, comfortable working independently, and able to maintain high standards for cleanliness and presentation. Availability for weeknight evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred, along with the ability to lift towels, restock supplies, and move equipment, familiarity with basic computer tasks, and CPR or First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it. Interest in wellness, sauna culture, or hospitality is a plus.
