Candidates must be licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey, preferably in at least one other jurisdiction. Portable business is preferred but not required. The commercial real estate practice represents developers and owners throughout the asset life cycle, including acquisition, financing, joint ventures, construction, leasing, and disposition. Candidates must have 10 or more years of transactional experience, including corporate governance, real estate acquisition and sale, M&A, and tax. An LLM in tax or commercial litigation experience is a plus.
