JL+CoRE is seeking hard-working agents, whether new or established, to join its growing female-owned boutique brokerage in Boston's South End. The role covers residential sales, rentals, and property management, with access to headshots, business cards, technology tools, client documents, personalized coaching, guaranteed buyer and renter leads, in-house marketing and social media support, personalized email and Drive access, and preferred vendor referrals. Compensation is 100% commission based with competitive commission splits. Applicants must be licensed real estate agents or willing to obtain a license and be in good standing with the local realtor board. Candidates need either a 1-year track record as a real estate agent or a 2-year track record in sales, must attend weekly one-on-one and team meetings, and should have strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
