Join an expanding, boutique and team-driven Quantity Surveyor firm in a modern Docklands office. The role requires ownership, meeting deadlines and building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. Requirements include at least 3 years of experience within a quantity surveying firm, a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a relevant AIQS-recognised degree, CostX experience, strong written and verbal communication, the ability to work unsupervised, strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and influencing skills, a positive attitude, high computer skills and numeracy, and high attention to detail. Duties include preparing cost plans, budget control and cost management, financier budget reports, progress claims assessments and site inspections, tender estimate analysis and evaluations, stakeholder liaison, property tax depreciation schedules, team coordination, work-in-progress reporting and general quantity surveying functions.
