Plan and execute public relations campaigns for the organization's projects and productions, including shows, workshops, lectures, and exhibitions, through press releases, pitch letters, newsletters, media placement, and social media on a local, national, and international scale. Establish a social media presence and maintain relationships with art partners, collaborators, donors, audiences, and communities in China, the United States, and Europe. Assist in establishing work relationships with creative collaborators and cultural institutions using knowledge of theater arts and public communication. Develop and maintain liaisons with national and international media outlets, arts and cultural organizations, and venues to raise the company's profile and public image. Promote productions and bookings using intercultural communications, marketing, and public relations strategies. Coordinate digital media and brand identity development using media aesthetics and media management. Draft project proposals and pitch national and international venues. Develop public relations plans to attract new members and oversee membership management. Must have a bachelor's degree in Public Relations, International Relations, Marketing, or Communications, plus skills and knowledge in Theatre Arts, Media Aesthetics, Intercultural Communication, Public Communication, PR and Advertising Campaigns, and Media Management.
