Wavecare Counselling is seeking a psychologist to join its supportive team. The suitable clinician will be available for one to two days per week and conduct appropriate psychological assessments and evidence-based treatment. The role involves working with a diverse client base, and new graduates are welcome to apply. Hours and days are flexible. Requirements include registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA, eligibility for a Medicare Australia Provider Number, well-developed therapeutic skills, rapport-building ability, commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development, the ability to work autonomously and as part of a supported team, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to manage a varied caseload.
