Novamind is seeking a motivated, empathetic, and experienced Psychiatric APP, either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to serve as the on-site clinical lead at its flagship center in Chicago. This full-time, in-person role involves delivering patient care during ketamine and esketamine treatments, administering Spravato, monitoring patients, providing clinical and emotional support, making medical decisions, overseeing patient care plans, supporting clinic operations, and mentoring clinical staff. Applicants need a master's degree in Nursing or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program, current unrestricted licensure in the state of CO, DEA registration with prescriptive authority, significant psychiatric experience, clinical leadership experience, and strong assessment, crisis management, documentation, communication, and EMR skills. Experience with ketamine, esketamine, or psychedelic-assisted therapies is a plus.
