PP&E Valuations is seeking a fully qualified property valuer to join its Melbourne team. Applicants must be an API Certified Practising Valuer and previous experience or a keen interest in going concern property valuations, such as aged care, pubs, hotels and service stations, is preferable. The role includes working in a collegiate environment with property and plant and equipment valuers, building a going concern specialisation, exposure to a wide variety of properties and industries, exposure to major organisations and their advisers, advancement and bonuses, work-life balance, travel, and involvement in large valuation projects. The successful applicant will be well presented, a team player, skilled in Word and Excel, a good written and verbal communicator, willing to travel, and a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic. The salary package will be negotiated based on skills and experience. Applicants must submit a cover letter and CV. The successful candidate must undergo a PP&E-funded Police Check.
