Based in Rosemont, IL, this on-site role provides the highest possible level of customer service to tenants, supports long-term occupancy, oversees the professional operation and appearance of assigned properties, and manages operating costs and approved capital expenditures. Responsibilities include managing tenant move-ins, lease administration and activity, property inspections, emergency procedures, preventative maintenance, work orders, improvement projects, vendor and contractor relationships, annual budgets, financial reporting, collections, CAM and RET reconciliations, and special projects. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree with CCIM, CPM or RPA designation, a state real estate license, and 5 to 7 years of commercial property or commercial building management experience, including 3 or more years supervising on-site personnel and vendor partners.
