Woodards Peninsula is seeking a Property Manager to manage a small portfolio of 110 properties. Duties include developing relationships with landlords and tenants, day-to-day property management, problem solving, addressing matters with landlords and tenants, arrears management, annual rental reviews, periodic, entry and exit inspections, and compliance. Applicants should have strong communication, organisation, administration, time-management, customer service and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, initiative, a driver's licence, a reliable car and an Agents Representative qualification. Knowledge of Property Tree and trust accounting is advantageous.
