Hunneman Real Estate is conducting a search for a Property Accountant with strong analytical and technical skills to join the team in Downtown Boston. The role is responsible for the financial management of a portfolio of properties for third party clients, including processing accounting and reporting, preparing monthly financial packages and annual financials, recording mortgage, real estate and insurance payments, maintaining daily cash books, wiring distributions to investors, and providing property managers with cash analysis. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, at least 3 years of experience in real estate accounting, and proficiency with Excel, MRI, Yardi and Timberline.
