Join Bell Design Group's studio in a full-time role leading architectural projects from concept through construction. Oversee project development, contracts, design coordination, detailing, consultants, construction administration, schedules, resources, budgets, and deliverables. Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, ensure code and standards compliance, mentor junior staff, represent the studio in meetings and reviews, and solve complex design and technical challenges. The role requires a professional degree in Architecture, 8 to 10+ years of experience including at least 3+ years as a Project Manager, proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and Microsoft Office, sufficient BIM and drafting software skills, and strong knowledge of codes, construction methods, engineering systems, agency processing, detailing, and contract administration. Expertise in affordable housing or hospitality is a plus.
