Hystra is seeking an experienced and autonomous Project Manager to lead consulting engagements across sectors and geographies. Responsibilities include managing multi-workstream projects, timelines, resources and deliverables, framing strategic analyses, assuring the quality of presentations and reports, synthesizing findings, leading client interactions and workshops, coordinating experts and implementation partners, developing proposals, and coaching consultants. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, experience leading complex multi-stakeholder projects across geographies, strong analytical and communication skills, and professional fluency in English with conversational French. Experience in agriculture, health, nutrition, energy access, financial inclusion, water and sanitation, proposals, co-design, technical assistance or systems change is preferred. The role is based at Hystra headquarters in Paris 14th, with remote work possible up to two days per week, and occasional travel. Salary is from EUR 66,500 gross plus a EUR 7,000 performance-based bonus at Senior Consultant level, to EUR 70,000 to EUR 80,000 plus a EUR 9,000 to EUR 14,500 performance-based bonus at Project Manager level.
