Manage complex roofing and building envelope assignments from initiation through completion, lead investigations involving roofing, waterproofing, exterior walls, windows and related systems, provide technical expertise, manage project teams and deliverables, review reports and estimates, support client relationships, and provide expert testimony when required. The position is based on-site five days a week in Inverness, Illinois and requires a bachelor's degree in a related engineering or architectural field, 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, building envelope expertise, comfort working at heights and a valid driver's license.
